In Mexico, Colima has resumed its explosive activity since early August.

The emitted ash plumes reached yesterday a height of 2,000 meters. Proteccion Civil Jalisco recommends not camp in the drainages and gullies surrounding the volcano, subject to the risk of pyroclastic flows and lahars. The Forbidden Zone remains at 8 km and spread to 12 km southeast side.
