The Nevado del Ruiz, in Colombia, presented these last days volcanic tremor, associated with ash emissions.
On 6 August, an increase of tremor stands at local 8:39,; it accompanies a rising ash plume of 700 meters, filmed by webcams, and impact of ashes on ONO sector, near Manizales, Villamaria, Cinchina, Santa Rosa and Pereira.

In Mexico, Colima has resumed its explosive activity since early August.
The emitted ash plumes reached yesterday a height of 2,000 meters. Proteccion Civil Jalisco recommends not camp in the drainages and gullies surrounding the volcano, subject to the risk of pyroclastic flows and lahars. The Forbidden Zone remains at 8 km and spread to 12 km southeast side.
