Activity of Cotopaxi, Aso and Pu'u O'o .

Yesterday, the Cotopaxi has issued only vapor and gases containing little ash, at an average altitude of 500 meters above the crater. The IGEPN relates, between 6 am and 17 pm local, 17 VT earthquakes, 3 earthquakes LP  and 6 episodes of emission tremor . Sulphur dioxide emissions are measured to 1.117 tons / day.

Photos taken by our friend José Luis Espinosa-Naranjo yesterday around 18h ​​from the Paramo de Ticatilin (south side) confirm these emissions; it also reports numerous lightning on the east side.

The Aso on the Japanese island of Kyushu, has a new issue of ashes on October 9. It remains on alert level 3 / not approach the volcano, since September 14, 2015.
 

On Hawaii,  Pu'u O'o activity is considered as constant by the HVO, with activity on the flow said  of June 27, between 3 and 7 km northeast of Pu'u O ' o, safe for the communities.
