The Fuego, in Guatemala, continued its explosive activity on 10 October, characterized by successive expulsions of incandescent material at 150-200 m above the crater, accompanied by a locomotive noise. These blocks have gone 900 meters into the ravine Santa Teresa, and 1,000 meters in the barranca Trinidad. An increase in activity is expected this week.

After an increase of its internal activity during the last week, characterized by many earthquakes LP / circulation of fluids, the Tungurahua presented on October 11th from 1:40 p.m. an episode of moderate tremor, which is accompanied by a rising ash plume up to 2,000 meters above the crater, before heading west. Ash fallout are reported on Mocha, Pillate, Choglontus and various parts of the canton of Penipe.
By early evening, the strombolian activity was accompanied by projections of incandescent blocks to a hundred meters above the crater before falling on the upper parts of the cone, visible from Ambato. To 8:16 p.m., a moderate explosion, do however the windows vibrate.
