The 15th paroxysm of the year continues in the Fuego, with lava fountains rising 300 meters above the crater. They feed three lava flows, respectively in the Trinidad barranca on 1,000 meters, in the barranca Ceniza on 2,000 meters and the barranca Las Lajas on 2,500 meters.
A few avalanches of blocks are reported around the crater. The explosions are accompanied by ash plumes rising to 4,500-5,000 m. asl, then move south and southwest for 15 km, with ash falls on Morelia, Santa Sofia and Panimaché.
Possible pyroclastic flows require a vigilance incrising in the drainages.
