In Guatemala, the Fuego and the Pacaya show signs of activity.
The Fuego maintains a permanent degassing, with a plume rising to 4.300 meters asl. before a dispersion towards the west and the southwest. A slight incandescence is noted at the crater.

In Pacaya, where an important intracratric spatter cone formed, Insivumeh reported a white-to-blue degassing plume about 750 meters above the crater, before dispersing northward.
The seismicity reveals an internal tremor produced by the rise of magma and gas towards the surface.

In Turrialba / Costa Rica, after five days of calm, the volcano entered a new phase of eruption of ash, gases and aerosols.
The activity began at 7 am, accompanied by a low tremor; It increased from 11:30 am, with a plume rising 400 meters above the crater, and an increase in the level of the tremor.
Falls of ashes are reported on San José: centro, Tibás, Guadalupe, Coronado, Montes de Oca, San Francisco de Dos Ríos and Cartago: Tres Ríos. An odor of sulfur is noticeable in Tibás, Guadalupe, Curridabat, Coronado, and Alajuelita.
