Our friend Jocelyn Lardy makes us the surprise of one of his paintings for the holidays.
After several works having as main subject a volcano in eruption, it mixes in it two of its passions: nature and aviation.
The work of this painter includes several aspects, with no other relation to each other, than art and the way to express his dreams. He loves detail and documents meticulously ... aviation has finally become one of his fields of research.
He poses a problem here with his painting entitled "Eruption of Mirages".
What is the volcano that emits this plume of ashes avoided by hunters whose formation breaks out under threat? Which country is it?
All this is part of the imagination of the artist, and it will not give us the answer this time ... to each one to form an opinion, after letting himself embark in the landscape.
You will find the volcanic paintings of the artist on this blog (links in sources).
Thanks to Jocelyn, and good end of year at all.
