Etna reactivated yesterday at 03 pm local time / 01 pm UTC: the mouth located at the south foot of the new south-east crater, at an altitude of 3010 m asl. has begun to emit a lava flow on the southern slope of the volcano.

A part of the stream covered the lava field emitted in March, towards the south; The other proceeded towards the Valle del Bove, towards the east, in which it flows this morning.

The tremor experienced a slight increase before returning to a basal level.

The activity is maintained at Sinabung, alternating falls of incandescent blocks and impressive plumes of gas and ashes.
