At Popocatépetl, over the past 24 hours, Cenapred has detected 71 low-intensity exhalations, accompanied by water vapor and gas, as well as two small explosions, characterized by ash plumes.
Nocturnal incandescence is visible, increasing at the moment of exhalation.
Two volcano-tectonic earthquakes were recorded at 17:08 on 29.05, and on 30.05 at 6.47, respectively of magnitude 2.7 and 1.4.
The volcanic alert remains the same: Amarillo fase 2.

At the Nevados de  Chillan complex, the summit area was covered with ash during the night of May 29-30. Traces left by a lahar are also visible.

The explosive activity of the Sabancaya, in Peru, is slightly increasing for the period May 22-28, 2017, with a daily average of 41 explosions, accompanied by eruptive panels reaching 2,800 meters above the crater. Seismicity is dominated by earthquakes LP, associated with the movements of fluids, and hybrid earthquakes, in relation to the rise of the magma.

Some satellite images of the Bogoslof eruption of 28 May, showing the beginning of the development of the ash plume; After 18 minutes, it reached a height of 40,000 feet / 12,000 meters. Large amounts of water were incorporated into the eruptive column at the time of the eruption, giving it its white color.
