On June 27th, from 2:00 local time, the Poas presents a new emission of ashes rising between 500 and 1,000 meters above the active crater.
In Kamokuna, a partial collapse of the lava delta formed by the 61 g lava flow of the Pu'u O'o gave rise to an impressive breakout on 25 June around noon. An observer from Lava Ocean Tours reports the rupture of the lava tunnel, coinciding with the lava flow on the delta ... including an a'a flow, which was rarely seen at the entrance of the lava in ocean during episode 61g.
This collapse was expected, as an overflight and thermal images of 21 June showed a crack in the width of the delta (link)
