At Piton de La Fournaise, of the seven fountains present at the beginning of the eruption, only 3-4 remain in the evening, located at the low point of the eruptive fissure.
According to the MIROVA site, the thermal anomaly, which decreased in intensity (871 MW on 14.07 at 19:20 against 5,897 MW on 14.07 at 7:10 am), is reported about 4 km from the summit ... which suggests a lava flow length of about 3,000 meters.
The webcam of Piton de Bert only shows this morning a bluish degassing.
The night was cold for observers on the spot, some 500 people Friday at night according to Clicanoo, ... this morning the plain of the sands was covered with frost.

On July 14, the Poas showed an eruption starting at 6:28 local, and for about ten minutes.
This eruption ended with "the emanation of reddish ash, due to an oxidation phenomenon, typical of the eruptions of the Poas between June and July", reports Dr. Mauricio M.Mora of the RSN.
It was followed by a strong degassing, the plume reaching 500 meters before moving towards a large western sector. The seismic signal has small low frequency LP earthquakes, volcano-tectonic earthquakes and a moderate amplitude tremor.
Nebulosity does not allow constant observation of the crater.
