Une éruption phréatique s'est produite à l'Agung ce 25 novembre 2017 à 17h30 WITA. Le panache de cendres gris-noir est monté à 1.500 mètres au dessus du sommet, avant de se disperser vers le sud-est, en direction de Lombok ... avant d'être signalé en direction OSO.
Le niveau d'alerte demeure pour le moment à III / Siaga et le VONA à Orange.
Le PVMBG conseille aux habitants de conserver leur calme et de respecter la zone interdite.
An freatic eruption occurred at the Agung this 25 November 2017 at 17:30 WITA. The gray-black ash plume rose 1,500 meters above the summit before dispersing to the southeast towards Lombok... before being reported to WSW.
The level of alert remains for the moment in III / Siaga and the VONA in Orange.
The PVMBG advises residents to maintain their calm and respect the prohibited area.
