In Ecuador, the Reventador presented, between November 4 and 5 at 11 a.m., 69 LP earthquakes, 110 explosion earthquakes, 12 emission earthquakes, and 3 harmonic tremor episodes.
The ash plumes were observed between 400 and 800 m. above the top; a VAAC Washington advisory reports an ash plume at 1,000 m. above the crater, drifting northeast.

Night incandescence is noted, as well as boulder falls up to 800 m. on the flanks.
A lava flow, about 450 m long, is still active on the north-eastern flenc.
